Gavin Wilkinson '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Gavin Wilkinson from Farragut High School in Knoxville, TN.  I am a 6’4” pro-style QB in the 2020 graduating class.  My current GPA is a 3.2 and will improve with much hard work and determination.  I am the starting QB for Farragut High School’s varsity football team.  We are currently 6A, but my freshman year, we were the 2016 TN 5A State Champions.  I am working this off-season to get bigger, faster and stronger.  I am projected to be 6’4” or taller, and my goal is to compete on the highest level possible.  I am looking for a college that cares about its athletes and will prepare me to be great on and off the football field.  I have not yet decided on a major, but I am leaning towards possibly going into the business/marketing field.  I envision my college years to be a personal growth period and want to attend a college that will guide that growth.  On the field, I plan to be a dynamic player and positive influence on the team.  As I grow both physically and mentally throughout my college football career, I will strive to be an asset to any offense.  Most importantly, I will conduct myself with honor and respect on and off the field, knowing that the way I carry myself will reflect on my family, my team, my coaches, and any school that I am blessed to attend.
