My name is Vincent Valdez. I am a senior at Eastwood High School in El Paso, Texas, and will be graduating in 2021. I have been in the Engineering (STEM) program since 8th grade. I have been taking AP classes since my freshman year and currently am in Physics, Pre-Calculus, Robotics’ and Engineering.
I have started two varsity seasons for the Eastwood Troopers, my sophomore year at Middle Linebacker and my junior year at Defensive End playing both offense and defense. This past season I was awarded 1st Team All-District Defense and 2nd Team All-District Offense in district 1-5A with 75 total tackles, 37 solo, and 26 assisted tackles, 4 sacks, 3 pass deflections, 3 forced fumbles, a blocked field goal, and 3 touchdowns. I’m 5 11' and weigh 235 pounds with a 516 squat, 285 bench, and run a 4.9. For my senior year I plan to move back to Middle Linebacker.
