Micah Thomas '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Micah Thomas, I am 6'1 235 senior LB/DE. I run a 4.65 forty yard dash, my max on bench is 300, squat is 500, and power clean is 295.  In 2012 I was voted to the leadership council for my high school team and I am the first underclassman to be named team captain. As a junior I was named AP All State, PadillaPoll All State, All Central Texas, All District, Hill Country News Dazzling Dozen, and VRHS DL of the year. As a Sophomore I made 2nd team all district.  I bring to the team great leadership, hard work, athleticism, and a never quit attitude.   I work my hardest in the weight room and in practice which then translates to the game.  No matter what the score is, I play my hardest.  I am open to different levels and schools, but my goal is to play at a Division 1 BCS school. For my major, I want to do something with business management, and Exercise Science/Kinesiology.   My athletic goal collegiately is to be a leader wherever I am, but I also would like to make a big impact on the team and be a force to be reckoned with.
