Garrett Brown '23 Recruiting Profile

As I prepare for college, I am looking for a school that will help me excel as an athlete and as a student.  I love playing as part of the O-Line, working as part of a unit to protect and create plays. Playing for a Top 10 National program in Texas (Division 6-A) has taught me the importance of studying film, working hard in the off-season, and prioritizing my time so I can balance my studies.  As a Junior, I started 15 games and earned First Team Division 4-6A and Third Team All State 6A Padilla Poll.  

I played the toughest competition in Texas and I’m eager to continue my journey in college, playing for a competitive program with strong traditions.  I have taken full course loads with AP classes in high school, selecting not to use a period for study hall.  I plan to study business or economics in college.  I am excited about the next phase of football and look forward to speaking with you!
