Colby Jorgensen '11 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'7" Tight End/Defensive End from Provo, UT. I play for the 3-time state champion football team at Timpview High School. I am a Senior this coming season (2010) and am a starter at Tight End/Defensive End. I have been playing football for eight years and I have two older brothers who both played--one is on scholarship as a Linebacker at BYU. I have a 3.99 GPA and have scored a 23 on the ACT. I am looking to play at the highest college level and would like a school that has strong academics but also has a positive and moral environment. I am interested in any schools right now, but I probably lean towards the west coast or Texas. I would like to leave college with a degree in hand that is marketable and well-respected in the business world. I am a hard worker and feel I bring a special set of skills to my position as I have good hands, good speed and I am tough to defend because of my height.
