My dream is to play collegiate football while maintaining academic excellence.  I have been playing football since 5th grade and was brought up to play varsity starting my freshman year.

Last summer, I trained with a former NFL player, John Graves, to improve my lineman skills as well as a Virginia Tech strength and conditioning coach, Mark Muncey.  They both helped me take my natural talents to new levels which now can be seen on the field.    As a Captain of my football team, I want to continue to use these skills to inspire my teammates to not only team success but to push themselves personally in their academics.

Having been raised in a very large family (6 siblings), my natural leadership skills have inspired my siblings to push themselves to achieve success both personally and in their athletics. My academic goal is to pursue a profession in the healthcare-related field.
