Jamal Smith '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jamal Smith. I am a 17-year-old rising senior with a 3.1 gpa at Matoaca High School which is located in Chesterfield County, Virginia. I have played football in elementary, middle and now high school. My playing positions include Offensive Guard and Offensive Tackle. My collegiate goal is to attend a university that would allow me to develop both mentally and physically on and off the field. On an academic level, I plan to study Hospitality Management/Tourism. It is my ultimate goal to own and run a restaurant.

I have strong work ethics. Since the age of 13, I have been responsible for conducting lawn care at my home and at my neighbor's home. In addition, I currently work at the famous restaurant chain called Applebee's. I am a team player and I work hard on and off the field.
