Alex "AJ" Hampton '13 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I'm Alex and I play several positions on the varsity football team at Lord Botetourt High School. I'm currently 17 years old, 6'3 and 165 pounds. My sophomore year I played quarterback for the JV team and we had the first undefeated season in the school's history. I am willing to play any position that is needed to get the job done. The past four years I have worked with the youth football camps and I volunteered with the Western Virginia Education Classic football game. I like to think of myself as an intelligent football player with great awareness on and off the field. My goal is to graduate from high school with honors and attend college majoring in Architectural Engineering. I want to play football at the highest competitive level while making an impact on the team, and hopefully play for the National Football League. I definitely want to be a vital leader in the community, school and on the field. I am committed to my coaches, team and school and will always give 110% in the classroom and on the field. Lastly I am determined to overcome any obstacle(s) that prevent me from achieving my goals and dreams.
