Personal Statement

I have been told I am a great leader and I always help out those that need assistance. This includes on and off the field. I have been in the peer mediation program since 5th grade. Peer mediators help with students that are having problems dealing with others.I was also peer buddy in elementary school working with special needs children on the playground to ensure they had fun while at recess.  My weighted GPA is greater than 3.5 on a 4.0 A grading scale.

I also play baseball (2010, 2011, 2015, 2016 All Stars), basketball (2014 select team) and swim (2013 all star) competitively. At the High School level I played football as a 2 way starter my freshman year, wrestled 195 lb weight class and earned a varsity letter for track and field as a freshman. As a sophomore I started multiple Varsity games on the offensive line and played in all 11 games. I achieved the Iron Man status award for participating in every workout, practice and game.  I was one of only 8 sophomores to letter on Varsity.
