A person's life is made with dreams, goals, and ambition. There are many people and things that have influenced me and helped me be the person I am today. First and foremost is God. My parents have been a great influence, by showing me how to love unconditionally through our family being foster parents to 128 children over the last 26 years. Through that experience I have learned empathy and the fact that no matter what color, race or disability you have, you are special and you have a purpose in life. I also have supportive siblings and grandparents that taught me how to be conservative and to be thankful for what I have, never to give up, respect nature and follow my heart. I understand the value of hard work, having a healthy body, mind and spirit and a good education. Grades have always been an important part of school because of my desire to have a career in law.
I have loved sports since I was in little league, starting at 3 years old because of my size. However my passion has always been football. By setting, achieving and then immediately setting even higher goals I strive to always improve and help my teammates do the same. Being a strong leader, encourager and having integrity makes for a strong team and I believe I possess those qualities. These things are major contributors in my life and have prepared me to be a successful addition to a college team.
