Jalen Frost '19 Recruiting Profile

I began my football career at 5 years old, where I began playing flag football with the Yellow Jacket's Booster League team in South Hill, Virginia. I played with the Peewee and Mite's team until Middle School. In 6th and 7th I started on the football team. The team wasn't that successful my first two years in Middle School. In the 8th grade my football team went undefeated in 8 games and won the District Championship. My freshman year in High School I played both JV and Varsity , with the JV team going 4-1 and Varsity 8-2. For JV I started at center and DT and for Varsity I was back up at center and played when the first string got injured. We made it to the playoffs , but lost in the first round. Overall I had a good first year in High School. My ultimate goal is to get better and be able to have an opportunity to play at the College Level and one day play professional football.
