I have grown up around football my whole life watching the high school team my Dad has helped coach. I started playing football in fifth grade and every since my first day at practice I loved the sport and had a goal to play at the collegiate level.
My sophomore year I started four games as a safety and was on most special team units. My junior year I started both ways as a Wide Receiver and Safety/OLB and competed at a high level. I was selected as First Team All League Receiver. We were a predominantly a run first team so I made the most of the opportunities I had. I have committed myself to the sport and will continue to work hard. I am looking forward to my senior season.
I was selected to play on Ford Sports Performance 7 vs. 7 team, that consists of the top players from Washington and Oregon. I have a very strong work ethic and commitment to keep getting better.
I have been an active 3 sport athlete my entire life, I currently start on our varsity basketball team and plan on doing the same for our baseball team. I supplement my development by taking weight training during the school day and doing the 7 on 7 workouts on the weekends.
My worth ethic in the classroom also sets me apart from my competition. I excel in math and science and am interested in pursuing a career related to one of those fields. I am particularly interested in Physical Therapy but am open to other fields related to my educational strengths.
I welcome the challenge of becoming a student athlete and playing college football. I believe I will be a positive addition to any team I join and will also be successful in the classroom.
