I taught myself how to kick the summer before my junior year. My previous long (not in game) was 35. This spring I have kicked after school every day and been in contact with Evan Staley (a top Kohl's kicking recruit for the class of 2016) and Josh Lambert (kicker at WVU) and with their help I have pushed that long to 45 and I hope to attend several camps and lessons to further improve on that. I have only kicked PAT's in game because our team lacked kicking opportunities last season but I only missed 2 PAT's in my first season kicking. I hope to improve that stat in my senior season.
