I think that one of the most important traits I posses is my ability to listen from my heart, my ability to truly hear what is being said beyond words. Being conscious of the feedback my coaches give me has helped me recognize my weaknesses and prepares me to come back and work ten times harder. I've learned to become confident in my skills, the importance in honoring my commitments, and to always lead with excellence. I'm always prepared to show up and show out while channeling every impulse that comes my way into something of substance.
