Nate Trewyn '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Nate Trewyn and I love to play football. I have played tackle football since the first grade and enjoy every part of the game, especially hitting and tackling.  I am very coachable, listen well, and learn quickly. 

I have been a starter my sophomore,  junior and senior years.  My senior year I was elected captain of our team.   I have earned second team all-conference at left tackle and voted by my teammates offensive lineman of the year.   I will play any position that helps the team.

I work hard and remain dedicated to always improving myself.  I have improved my GPA throughout my high school years.  I currently work with younger kids at our Intermediate School for one hour each school day. In addition, I am in a program at my high school where I help any student struggling in any subject.  I am highly respected for my positive attitude and respect for all.  It is important to me to represent myself, my family, coaches, team and school in a positive manner.

For the future, my educational interests are in education and coaching.  My desire is to graduate from a strong academic university while playing college football.

I have the drive, desire and passion to succeed.  I am confident in my abilities and I am looking forward to competing at the college level.
