My dream in life is to be an NFL Linebacker. My goal is to be recruited into a D-1 college, preferably Wisconsin, or Liberty University. My situation isnt ideal AT ALL. Im homeschooled in Wisconsin and the WIAA (wisconsin hs sports) wont let homeschoolers participate in school sports. So we have a homeschool team. Its not a very experienced its very low funded. We dont have team facilitys such as a weight room or even a field to call our own. Most big recruits come from HUGE D-1 highschools. Im sure our team and players are overlooked and perhaps looked down on. We play at our level of competition, which is like I said not ordeal as far as recruiting a great athlete is concerned. I play the NT position because we dont have enough REAL lineman. Im extremely quick of the line and can almost be unstopped. Being the size i am and having the quickness I have I kind of improvise the position. I sometimes standup as if I was a blitzing LB. I also lineup in a 3-point but a couple yards off the line to pick up speed and explode through the gap. I was a freshman last year and started two Varsity games. I wasnt great at it but I was defintly disruptive. Ive started every game this season and been a threat. I bring extreme intensity to the team. Im not a named captain yet but Ive been told by more than one that the team looks up to me. I love the role of the leader. If I am to be recruited you will not regret it in any way. I live and breathe this sport and will do anything to play it for as long as I can. I am dedicated and a hard worker.
