I grew up in Washington State where I used to eat, sleep, and breathe playing football. Ever since I was a little kid I've always dreamed to play college football, getting drafted to play for the San Francisco 49ers, then living my best life sitting on the beach. I've been playing football since I was five years old playing flag football. I used to play wide receiver then I found out how knowledgeable and how great my football IQ was, so I tried out for the starting quarterback job when I was seven. I played quarterback in Washington and finished my sixth-grade year. Then I moved to Wyoming and didn't play my seventh-grade year until after my freshman year. All of those years I played tailback and fullback. Going into my sophomore year I had long talks with my father and grandfather talking about the decision to try out for quarterback and pursuit my dream lifelong dream that was abolished by a small-town, big-name problem. I have dealt with major ups and downs with trying to play quarterback again. With persevering a whole lot I've had to become a great leader. Last year the head coach couldn't decide on a quarterback so we split drives. I tried my hardest to step up but unfortunately did not get the starting spot. I ended up with more passing yards, completions, passing touchdowns, rushing yards, and had the same amount of interceptions as he did. I really want to go to more football camps this year to improve my ability to play so I show and prove to my coach that I am the person to choose for the job.
