Xavier Sutton '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Xavier Sutton and I am currently a seventeen year old,  5'10, 155 pound, point guard.  I am in the eleventh  grade, captain on the  varsity basketball team.

Basketball has been my passion from the age of 7. Playing on  numerous YMCA teams, AAU teams, middle schools teams and now my high school JV and varsity team, basketball has become the source of my persistence and relentlessness.  The need to succeed on the basketball court as well as in the classroom is necessary for me.  I attend a magnet school where I take honors classes and have a 3.56 GPA.  I welcome the intense preparation that I spend in the gym before games and sometimes after. No one will ever out work me, ever. I guarantee that.  I spend hours preparing for each  game. I watch film and I work individually and with personal trainers to enhance my unique game. 

My future goals are to play at the collegiate level where I can continue my basketball journey. I am excited to see what the future holds for me.
