Hello My Name is Ben Nelson
I am currently a Sophomore at Holy Trinity Academy in Okotoks, Alberta , Canada. Education is a priority to me, sports are what brings balance to me mentally. I have been an Honor Role student since grade 7, and have a written agreement with my parents that I maintain honor role ranking to be able to participate in Athletic Activities. My career goals currently involve something to do with Math, Chemistry or Physics. I have a strong interest in these subjects, and believe they may lead me towards Engineering or a science based type of path.
I believe myself to be very coachable, and work harder then most on every team I have played on. This work ethic has been in place ever since a coach told me I was too small, too slow to be a starter on his team.
My height is not currently overwhelming at 5'11, but I am growing still and enjoy hitting the weights and conditioning to get stronger.
I am ideally looking for a scholastic opportunity that will continue my development as a young man that is known for his character first , and then his ability to knock down the three ball.
