Trae Gaines '28 Recruiting Profile

My goals are to graduate from college, contribute to a team in any way. I feel as if my leadership skills, on and off the court would make me a great candidate. I hold myself accountable in all aspects and with a strong character, my faith in God, my close-knit family, I understand the magnitude of choices and the effects they carry. Academically, I take things just as serious as on the court. I've never been ineligible or ever been close to that in any capacity. My parents made sure that from a young age I understood the importance of grades. I believe that since I excel in school, it will help better prepare me for my dual college classes next year. I believe that starting college earlier will not only benefit me but, keep me motivated to strive for greater things. I feel as if any team were to offer me a scholarship, I would make the most out of every opportunity given, and I would be grateful to play at the next level.
