I have played basketball since I was in 1st grade, and at that age I knew I wanted to play in college. In 9th grade I began working hard to make sure that dream comes true. I do whatever it takes for my team to win, whether it means setting screens to set others up, making good passes instead of forcing a tough shot, or being ready to take the shot and knock it down. I've been told I have high basketball IQ and the leadership qualities to inspire confidence. As a tenth-grader, I earned the Offensive Player of the Year for my varsity team.
On and off the court I am humble and coachable; I try my hardest to always listen and apply what my coaches and mentors tell me. I have gone on multiple mission trips out of the country and always try to make a positive impact wherever I go.
I work hard to maintain a high GPA. I look forward to seeing how far I can go with my basketball career, and am eager to meet new people that will push me harder and harder to become the greatest possible athlete I can be.
