Last year I had an opportunity to play JC Ball and it was a great experience. However, I recognized that in order to be a bigger presence on the court I needed to put on weight and build strength. Due to Covid restrictions during my season the weight room was closed to us and in order to better myself as player and not knowing what restrictions would be in place during my second year, I made a hard decision to take a year off to focus on getting stronger.
From the end of my season to now I have put on 37lbs and I am a lot stronger. I have already noticed a change on the court since gaining this strength and my goal is to put on at least a minimum of 8 more lbs before the upcoming season.
With this added strength, my 6’10’ stature, my game IQ, my basketball skills, my teamwork and experience playing multiple positions I am sure to be a great asset to the next team I commit too. I look forward to a very successful season!
