Playing varsity as a freshman wasn't always easy. There were upperclassman telling me I shoot too much and that I shouldn't be playing so much. The experience playing at that level was amazing. It was tough but I matured as player physically but more important mentally. This has also helped me build my leadership skills for years to come.
Growing up my main sport was baseball. My dad always wanted me to play basketball. The pace of baseball got to slow for me so I switched. Now I love the game and my life revolves around it. I have found that in the game of basketball I love to compete. One of the main things that I am looking at in a college is that it is competitive and a good fit for me academically and athletically. I love being coached, being around my teammates and along with those traits, my work ethic and my talent, I believe that I can play at the next level.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.
