Sam Osi '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Sam Osi, I am a sophomore attending Northview High School. What makes me a good candidate is my work ethic and the will to strive to achieve the best outcome of any task that is asked of me. In academics my last semester GPA was 3.8. I am currently working hard to end this semester with a 4.0 or better. My short comings to 4.0 last semester is due to adjusting with school work and my after school programs such as the intense basketball trainings I have. Another reason why I am a good candidate is my athletic ability. I started my athletic background at the age of 5 years old competing and training in Judo. From the age 5-10 I competed in high level judo tournaments and championships all across the nation. I picked up a basketball around age 9 and fell in love. I took everything I learned from judo and applied it to basketball. I am a very coachable player and catch on to everything very quick and well. Last reason why I am a good candidate is my mother and father raise me to be great and to hold myself accountable and work hard when talent stops working. Thank you for your time. - Sam Osi
