Personal Statement
I am a Senior from Loomis, California and have been a Captain and starting point guard for my team each year of high school. I have a 3.6 GPA and am a leader on and off the court. This season our team finished 18-8 and won our first League Championship in over ten years. I was named First Team All League and also MVP of the Common Good Classic tournament. I am a true point guard and thrive in a fast-paced tempo. My strengths are my court vision, basketball IQ and lock-down defense. At 5'10" and 165 lbs, despite the fact I was the smallest player on our varsity team I was often assigned to guard the opponents best offensive threat. I have played starting point guard on elite AAU club teams for eight years. I love basketball and am looking for an opportunity to continue playing at a high level while getting a quality education. I would love to stay on the West Coast but don't want to limit my opportunities.
