NCAA ID# 2204498085
My name is Dylan Murphy.
My goal is to get a great education while playing college basketball. To get where I want to be I know that grades are very important because my goal is to attend on a scholarship.
Since the beginning of this school year, I have really focused on my grades. As a result, my GPA is 3.8 and an updated transcript has been uploaded to my profile.
My PSAT score was 1000 which was not as high as I wanted it to be. My dad bought the College Board SAT Study Guide and I'm studying it with a tutor regularly. My goal is score 1200 or higher!
I want to study either Organizational Management or Sports Medicine. In my spare time, I also like to read and draw. In March 2021, I completed a 26 miles marathon with the Police Activities League.
As of 2023, I am a senior and playing for the Varsity team at Venice High School in Venice, CA. Mainly, I play the shooting guard and small forward positions. Getting the ball up the court quickly is my favorite way to play. There are times when my shot isn't falling but I always play defense and look to rebound the ball.
My school team just finished Fall League. I'm excited about our upcoming league play. Let's hoop!
