2012-13 HighlightsPersonal Statement
My name is Jess Baucum, and I very much want to continue my education and playing career in college. From an education standpoint I would like to earn a degree from a college that I attend and use that degree to better my life, and that of my families lives. Now on the Basketball side of things well, I am a 5'11" starting guard on the varsity team and a good leader. I shoot the ball very well and can create my own shot. I am a team player in every sense, and I play defense. I'm currently averaging 17.5 points a game and 6.4 assists. Our team is currently 14-4 and has won two of the 4 tournaments we have played this year and we should compete for a division 3 title. I was named All Tourney in two of the tournaments and M.V.P. in one. I have a 3.25 GPA. and would love to have an opportunity to play basketball at the college level and also earn a college degree in the process.
