I am a Senior at Miramonte HS in Orinda, CA where I have a 4.4 weighted GPA while playing shooting guard and small forward positions on the HS basketball team for Coach Chris Laviotis and Rich Forslund. I am 6'5", 190 lbs, and play AAU basketball for Lakeshow, Westcoast Elite, and GRR Academic Basketball Clubs with coaches Joey Fucca, Anthony Gonzales, and Coach Kieth Lai.
I took the SAT in March 2021 and my score was 1570 (Math = 780, Critical Reading = 790). I have completed 7 AP courses and will be taking another 3 in my Senior year. I have been playing basketball since the second grade from CYO to AAU and High School. I am extremely interested in playing basketball for a High Academic College team. My hope is that you saw me play well enough at the tournaments and Academic Showcase camps. I have put together recent videos from various teams I have played with which you can view here:

My Strengths: I am a high-level scorer that can play either guard or wing spots. I create my own shot from all 3 levels and I have a quick high release that allows me to score while being tightly covered. I have a smooth feel for the game offensively never looking sped up and I keep my composure as a playmaker. I have a savvy game off the bounce and use a variety of fakes to free myself to score. I am capable of making plays for others off the bounce and I play with my head up. I finish with both hands through and around contact at the rim and use the floater and mid-range game to my advantage. I am a downhill driver off of screens and handoffs which will be effective at the next level when spacing increases on the floor. I am an active defender on the wing capable of heating guys up the full length of the floor and getting hands-on passes on the perimeter.
Things I am working on: I continue to add strength to my frame so that I will be able to adapt quickly to the physicality of the next level. I challenge myself defensively against better, more mature players as often as possible to learn the speed of the next level, especially on the defensive end. I try to find new ways to improve my game offensively as an all-around scorer whether it would be adding range to my jump shot or being able to read situations quicker. Everything is sped up at the next level and the quicker the game slows down, the more successful I will be.
