My name is Vernon Robertson and I have just graduated from Foothill High School in Sacramento, Ca. I am interested in attending college to build my Business / Communication skills for my future in Sports. I have taken journalism and have found that I am good at it and I am comfortable in my writing and public speaking. By attending college and learning this tool, I believe it will carry me far in my career in the Career choice.
Currently, I am in Summer session of Men's basketball for Folsom Lake College, Folsom, ca. Durning my last 3 years of football season I have been the Varsity QB and one year of JV football. After football I am on 3 year Varsity Basketball player, playing AAU basketball during the summer, spring and fall.
My family goal is to be the very first member to attend a 4 year University on a Scholarship. I am working hard to achieve that and I feel like the JuCo route will strengthen my abilities and opportunities.
