I have always held my academics and my athletic involvement to a high standard, uncomfortable with anything less than the level of expectation I set for myself. In the classroom, or on the basketball court, I strive to be the best that I can be while also striving to make others better as well. My academic goal is to study pre-dentistry or sports physical therapy and I hope my goal of playing collegiate basketball will also be of benefit (for myself and the team) during my college education. The joy of the game, my abilities, teamwork, respect, responsibility and discipline will also allow for additional leadership and experiences that I would not have otherwise. Basketball has been the sport I have enjoyed playing for 10 years and my current year-long grind has been more than worth it understanding what it has done for me in my personal development, dependability, sportmanship and my continued growth. Starting in my elementary school recreation league to becoming a high school varsity starter, I believe that the knowledge, variety of experiences and skills I have gained makes me a great asset to any team at this next level of the game.
