The highlight of my high school career thus far was watching my high school 4x400 relay team place 7th in the state meet. I was on the relay team the previous 2 years and knew how hard they worked to get to state. Even though I was injured this past season, it was great to see all of the hard work that they put in for 3 years pay off as they placed 7th in state, and I was with them every step of the way. From watching them this past season, I have learned that detetrmination and persistance goes a long way in acheiving something special and I am determined to lead the school to state this year in both track and basketball.
I am looking for a college that will push me athletically and academically as I believe both are important in forming my character an finding myself in this world. Whether in basketball or track, I believe I have the wrok ethic and perserverance to make an immediate impact on your program.
