I’ve been playing basketball since I was five years old. I saw my brother and uncle playing and desired to be a part of the game. I have always played hard and competed to win even at a young age.
As I got older, I learned that much more is required to be a well rounded ball player, including being a team player, disciplined training and putting in many hours on the court.
I have worked hard to improve my athletic skills by attending basketball camps, private training , participating in AAU and practicing shooting for many hours. It has taken many lectures from my teachers and my parents to convince me that good grades are also important in my quest to play college ball. I am so proud to report that my last report card I received a 3.0 grade point average.
I am convinced that I can achieve my goals at the next level in college with continued hard work.
