Since fifth grade, I have pushed myself daily and given effort in three different areas: physically, intellectually, and emotionally. Physically I have altered my body by lifting, running, and most importantly eating healthy. Intellectually I engage in effective study habits and seek help when necessary. Emotionally I am as strong as they come. I have had the opportunity to play many sports growing up, and in high school, the other sport where I have excelled is golf. Golf is truly 80% mental. My mental fortitude has aided me in making 6 buzzer beater shots to tie or win games during my high school season.
I understand that coaches are also teachers and I expect my college years to continue this growth. A good college coach will not just recruit me for the next four years, but will impact me for the next fifty! On the court, I tend to be a dynamic scorer. My court awareness, identifying players that are shooting well, miss matches, and defending the opponent all aid in my success. Yet, most importantly, l conduct myself with honor and respect on and off the court.
My character, academic success, solid athleticism, loyalty, leadership and strong desire to win are what encompasses me as an individual.
