I have a deep inspiration to play Division 1 basketball and hopefully make it to the NBA. While I'm in school I have a passion to study law or become a math major. In addition my love and determination for the game makes me a good candidate for playing division 1. In the past I have had so many relatives and peers make fun of me about basketball. They believe that basketball is not for me. Hearing this from your own family might make someone give up on their aspirations , but I am different from other candidates. Furthermore I learned how to stay humble and never second guess others. At my school this year I was the only player who kept my gpa over a 3.5.  I never had a personal trainer in my life. I had to learn how to put in the work by myself. I go to the gym everyday and work on the weaknesses of my game.
