Gyasi Powell '20 Recruiting Profile

 My name is Gyasi Powell and I am a 6’2 Guard.  I am a Senior at Bishop J Snyder in Jacksonville, FL.  I play on an AAU team out of Orlando, Florida named Q6 AllStars. I wil be graduating in the year of 2020. I started playing basketball when I was three years old. My love for basketball is strong. The first time I picked up a basketball,  I enjoyed it and found a passion for it.  I played varsity basketball my freshman year in highschool. I average 18 points a game. I am ranked 8th in the city with my 3-point percentage. I love to watch the game just as much as I play it.  I don’t get rattled easy on the court, I have a good mid range shot and am quick on the defensive end.  My goal is to play basketball in college.
