I have been playing organized basketball since the age of four. When I transition from junior high to high school, I quickly learned the importance of hard work, determination, dedication, and more important, team work. I believe that "teamwork makes the dream work!" Losing the district championship to a rival school my sophomore year, after five straight years, my team set a goal to not only win the district title back, but to make it to the state finals. Although we won the district title back, we fell short of making it to state finals. This experience enhanced my growth as a person and inspired me to continuously work hard to become a strong shooting guard. I am seeking a program that is a good fit for me not only athletically, but academically as well. I believe I have the athleticism, work-ethic, character, and drive to compete at the college level.
