2018 HighlightsPersonal Statement
Basketball has been a part of my life since I was 2 years old. Analyzing the game, supporting my teammates and being a leader on the court are the things that I enjoy most. As a rising senior, I am looking forward to leaving a legacy at West Broward High School. Throughout my time at the school, I have played and excelled on both JV and Varsity levels. I have absorbed as much information from coaches as possible, and I have come to understand the dedication that being a leader entails. This year is my time to put on display all that I have learned, in an attempt to be the best player and teammate I can be.
I am also looking forward to putting my newly acquired skills to the test while working hard academically to complete my AA degree. I am expected to receive it at the time I graduate high school. I want this to be a display of not only my intelligence but of my dedication and ambition, which drive me to be better every day. Hopefully, I can leave a legacy on and off the court this year!
