Kyle Kincey '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kyle Kincey and I'm a 6'4 senior combo guard at Lincoln High School in Tallahassee, Florida. Our team went 21-4 and made it to the Final Four State-Playoffs in Lakeland. For the last two seasons, I have served my team as Captain, received the honor of being name to the 2016 1st Team All-Big Bend and 2015-16 1st Team All-Tournament. For the regular season, I averaged 18 PPG, 6 assists, and 5 rebounds. For the post season, I consistently scored 20 PPG averaging 6-7 APG, and about 4-5 RBG. In the final four game, I scored 19 points and had 5 RBS. Academically, I have a 3.6 GPA and scored 1620 on the SAT and 25 on the ACT.

I have been a consistent starter on varsity in the one and two positions. I consider myself a combo guard who has the ability to facilitate and score and would like to use these combined skills to play in college. Because I usually play the one and two at my school and the wing when necessary, I am versatile on offense, don't mind attacking the basket, and also a great defender. 

Outside of the classroom and basketball, I am a member of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) at my high school. I joined this club because I want to major in Business in college and one day have a business of my own. I also like to work with children, so I volunteer at the basketball camps held by my school each year in addition to working part-time officiating youth games for the City of Tallahassee. I spend most of my time playing basketball. When I am not playing basketball, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
