My name is Carter Reins. I am currently a power forward/center playing varsity my Junior year for Jesuit High School of Tampa coached by Neal Goldman. I play travel ball with Skills Center Elite 2025 Under Armour Rise Circuit coached by Scott Johnson and have traveled around the country with this squad for 4 years.
I am currently involved in Key Club, Math Club (Mu Alpha Theta) and the Business Club (the Company) at my school. I also volunteered as a camp counselor for a 2 week basketball camp the past two summers. I am involved in several community service projects including Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful, the Bullard Foundation Back Pack Build, Skills Center Collaborative, Metropolitan Ministries and I serve on the teen advisory board for AIM at Melanoma - Steps Against Melanoma Walk - Tampa (Currently Vice President of the Board)
When I’m not playing basketball, my hobbies include golf, fishing and playing guitar.
I am interested in studying business/finance in college.
Basketball is my passion. I am a student-athlete who is taking high level coursework in school and have a 4.21 GPA. My goal is to play basketball at the highest level possible. I hope to continue to grow in my skills and my leadership capabilities.
