My desire is to attend a four year college as a student athlete and obtain a degree. I plan to be competitive in the classroom as well as on the basketball floor. My basketball game is based on hard nosed defense which is usually how I score the bulk of my points . Since I've played the point guard position all through Middle and high school, I understand the importance of stopping the ball on defense and driving to the basket on offense. Distributing and sharing the ball as a team player is most important even though I am very capable of hitting the 18ft jump shot at a high percentage. My family values academics above all and I have always maintained a 3.8 or better GPA (I was also on the Principal's Honor Roll). I intend to eventually graduate high school with honors in 2022. Our parents always taught my 2 older brothers and myself that having great character and a good name is extremely important to succeed. I'm the last of the 3 boys and our good name is still intact and I intend to maintain that now and throughout my college career.
