Jaki Bell '24 Recruiting Profile

I've always loved basketball, ever since I can remember. My competitive spirit is what fuels my unrelenting determination. Without basketball, I'm not sure how I would survive. My work ethic, according to my instructors, is my best quality. Most people assume that because I am not the tallest in height (5'11"), that I will struggle to spot defensive openings, be a willing passer, and ultimately act as a leader. However, in my situation, the exact reverse is true .I aim to lead by example as a team leader while also motivating my teammates. I strive to be one of the hardest working players for any squad I am a part of and I am a very coachable player. Off the court I'm a 3.72 gpa type of student. I want to go to a university where I can challenge myself both on the basketball court and in the classroom. I'm open to all possibilities because I eventually want to find the best college match at the toughest level of opposition. I want to make my parents happy and serve as a fantastic role model for all of my peers.
