Robert Thompson '20 Recruiting Profile

The greatest challenge I had as a basketball player was playing stretch forward on a small varsity team as a a freshman.  During that season, I was required to match up against much larger opponents being undersized at the position.  This  meant I had to play and work extremely hard every game in order to compete with larger players from the opposing schools.  That experience made me tougher, work harder and helped me learn to battle every day in games and practice.  I believe that I have the mental toughness and work ethic to compete in college basketball.  As a senior I was named honorable mention in the state of Hawaii.  

I am a skilled shooter who can play the two or the one at times if necessary.  I am willing to work extremely hard and compete against anybody.  With my attributes, I believe I can make an impact immediately in your program.  Thank you for looking at my profile.
