My name is Daniel Reed and I’m interested in studying the field of kinesiology/education and completing my 4year degree. I have aspirations of playing basketball after college and would also like to teach and coach.
I am a very coachable player. I score, assist, rebound, steal and facilitate. I’m a natural leader on the court and possess a very high basketball IQ. I’ve been a student of the game since I was 7 and I pride myself on a well executed offense that gets all my teammates involved and contributing. I am a firm believer in working hard, showing up early and being the last man in the gym working on all aspects of my game.
I have great character and integrity. My coaches, teachers, neighbors and friends can confirm this. I was taught to prioritize and always put my education first . Sports has definitely helped to further develop my confidence and leadership skills. I have worked summer youth camps for the past 5 years and I love giving back and teaching eager students of the game. I recognize it’s a privilege to play sports and I don’t take that for granted. I would love the opportunity to showcase my talent with a school that is a good fit academically and athletically.
