Dajour Stephens '22 Recruiting Profile

As a basketball player, my  desire is to do whatever is best to help my team be as successful as possible. Whether that means being the primary facilitator and getting my teammates involved or guarding the opposing team's best guard or scoring, my approach is to constantly assess my team’s needs in order to deliver wins. As a point guard, I believe I am a reflection of my coach and as a result, it is important for me to effectively communicate with my teammates, maintain a positive disposition, and outwork everyone whether in practice, games, or the classroom.

 I value hard work, keen observation, integrity, and most importantly accountability. I hope to contribute all of those values to a program and further develop as a leader on and off the court.
