My name is Tanner Bussard, I am currently a senior at Mississinewa High School, I will be graduating in May of 2020. During my time there I played basketball for two years. The first year, my junior year, I played junior varsity and my senior year I had the opportunity to play on varsity. Understanding that two years is not a lot of playing time when compared to my fellow athletes, I put in extra work to make sure that I can be the best I can be. This extra work consist of training camps at local colleges around me and playing in almost all of my spare time. At these camps I learned my strengths and my weaknesses, I learned how I can use these strengths to improve my weaknesses and how to improve my game. I have the opportunity to have a local YMCA and a hoop at my house, that being I am outside or at the YMCA everyday. During my everyday shooting I run personal drills that I have given myself, work on a shot that I know I can do better, or just work out to be in better shape. I think one thing that sets me apart from other players is the fact that only playing for two years I have had to work twice as hard to prove myself to recruiters and myself.
