Personal Statement
I wanted to be a professional player of that sport. The most important people who helped me grow were my coaches. I had three coaches and I think that each of them had a very important role in my evolution. The first, called Pedro, was the one who taught me how to play and welcomed me to basketball. Thanks to him, I can say that I am a social person who knows how to work in a team, knows how to make new friends, and likes to collaborate with other people. My second coach, called Carlos, was in my opinion the most important in my formation as a person because he taught me a lot of those values like humility and perseverance. The most important thing he taught me was the intention of always moving forward and moving towards a goal, never giving up and being a warrior in every way. I remember that he always shouted at us and at that moment I thought he hated us or something, but today I understand that he was preparing us for life and for the hardest moments because life is not a path of roses. My last and current coach, called German, he was who made me grow as a player as a person. He gave me a lot of new tools that are useful when playing. He did not only help me grow as a player, he also made me grow as a person, giving me confidence and telling me that I can do what I set out to do. I consider these three men as my parents because they taught me a lot of things and they made feel me that with them I was protected. Because of all these things, I think I am the best option for any coach
