Personal Statement
It has always been an aspiration of mine to play basketball at the collegiate level. I am a highly competitive student athlete. Growing up being a military child has allowed me to experience a lot of things most kids don't experience. I have lived in Japan and currently in Italy. I have taken in a lot from each of these new chapters in my life. I've always liked basketball, but Japan is where I actually discovered the love for the game. Living overseas has taught me how to adapt to new situations and environments, and overall I would say it has made me a very well rounded player. I am all for being a team player, I love to get my teammates involved and encouraging them to do better and go harder in anything they do, that is an important asset to me. My determination and passion for the sport drives me to become a better athlete and overall person everyday. I'm a coach-able player and always willing to learn new things. I feel that given the opportunity I would be a great addition to any team. My goal is further my education while playing basketball at the next level.
