Personal Statement

My name is DeVonte Allen and I weigh 170 lbs and I am 6'3". I play shooting guard and have won all-tourney for a winter tournament and also for the DoDDS European championship. I also have won offensive player of the year, all-region and all Europe for  DoDDS. I always want to work hard to be the best and it is my dream to play college basketball if given the chance. I would like to go to school in Texas or Florida because I like the basketball teams and also the weather because I have lived there before. I am leaning toward a big school preferably Division 1, but I am willing to go to any school if offered an oppurtunity. I would like to major in general psychology but I am not completely sure yet. My goals for college basketball are to play as a freshmen and to play with the best competition possible because I want to have that experience.
