Personal Statement
My name is Will Bestermann. I am a US citizen but currently live overseas in Vicenza, Italy as part of my military family. My Father is in the Army and I have moved around my whole life, so I have had a lot of opportunities to play basketball around the world in Florida, Rhode Island, United Kingdom, and Italy. I have been in Italy for 2 years and played in the UK three years before that. I have succeeded academically throughout high school. I am a 4.0 GPA student with great grades and strive to do my best in all my classes. This also applies to my basketball as I work my hardest and give everything I got at every practice and work out . I've had a passion and love for the game of basketball ever since I was very young. I aspire to become the best basketball player that I can be and want to put in the work to succeed. You will be getting someone who deeply cares for his teammates and overall performance on and off the court. I am resilient, am up for any challenge, will be a great leader and example for my team mates. I will put in the work to be successful as a college student and athlete.
