Personal Statement

My name is Giannis Galanis, class of 2024. 

I play basketball for 10 years. Coachable, versatile player, unselfish, excellent defender. I believe in team work.

The game has taught me about discipline, toughness, hard work and endless effort.

I  am looking for the highest level of education in the field of ENGINEERING and at the same time  I want to keep playing basketball on a competitive team.

In 2024 I succeeded to be accepted to University of West Attica in Athens Greece and University of Cyprus in Nicosia in the field of Engineering. I had a very productive basketball year and i will continue in a new competitive team in 2024-2025 as my new coach believe in me.

My dream is to study and play basketball in USA experiencing the philosophy of the country and i believe  that all my prayers will be heard by God.
